GAICO Construction Inc announced its partnership with the Finnish-based Corena Group to build in-country capacity for oil spill and waste management services.
On February 1st, 2019, GAICO and the Corena Group hosted a Town Hall Meeting on the topic: Guyana’s Oil Spill Response Readiness.
The speakers were: David Cook (VP of Emergency Response, Corena Group), Thomas Field (Group Development Director, Corena Group), Komal Singh (CEO of GAICO Construction), Kester Craig (Director General of the Civil Defense Commission), Desmond Sears (Chairman of the Private Sector Commission) and Rosh Khan (Director of SocialRank Media).
